The architecture

In july 2005, at the end of a long and difficult restructuring process, the new, futuristic home of Enosis was inauurated in the 17th century Cascina Meraviglia building, once the property of the Counts Cacherano di Bricherasio.

A total surface of 2500 square meters consisting of labs, tasting rooms, experimental cellar, university classroom, welcome halls and conference rooms. All of this being finalized to the goal of in depth studies and analysis of varietal and territorial enology in an effort to allow the best possible expression of each grape variety in its specific terroir.
