ENOSIS MEANS A SPECIFIC APPROACH TO WORK AND RESEARCH

Carrying out applied research means being respectful of the nature that surrounds us, striving to understand the interaction between the vine and its environment.

Through an understanding of biochemical reactions and conversions, we can come closer to naturalness.

In Enosis, we study what turns into nature – that particular link between the earth and the vine, which gives a wine its unique and inimitable characteristics.

Our task is to better understand natural phenomena, allowing us to get the best out of what nature offers.

WORK METHOD AND APPROACH

Enosis is a working method based on working with  producers through a fascinating journey that begins with the grape and ends in the bottle bringing the strength of the terroir into the glass of every consumer. Enosis is expressed through an objective enology, where every qualitative aspect is represented by numbers and images that allow for immediate comparisons.

These are the basic steps:
